David Cronin

Co-founder / Corporate Development Director

Mr David Cronin is a seasoned corporate development and investment professional, and an experienced Company Director. Mr Cronin is the Asia-Pacific Managing Director of the investment management and consulting company Pierce Group Asia. Previous to his role at Pierce, Mr Cronin was an Investment Manager for the London listed Guinness Peat Group and its Australian listed investment company MEM Group Limited. Prior to that Mr Cronin was Vice President, Corporate Development, responsible for the execution of the mergers and acquisitions strategy within a large Australian based listed technology company, a position that he accepted after spending more than five years at Westpac Banking Corporation, one of Australia’s largest financial institutions.

David has been a board director and adviser within the health content and technology sector for more than 10 years. He is Healthily’s Chairman and manages the company’s Corporate Development activities.
