Background
The Osteoporosis Consumer Health Literacy Program is a national initiative designed to improve medication health literacy and support better medication adherence among Australians living with osteoporosis. Funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, the project brings together Healthily, Fred IT Group, the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) and Healthy Bones Australia to deliver evidence-based, co-designed patient education through participating community pharmacies.
The project aims to recruit 500 pharmacies and reach approximately 30,000 patients, providing tailored osteoporosis education via SMS, integrated with the pharmacy dispensing workflow.
To support pharmacy recruitment and help achieve this national reach, Healthily is conducting a Registration and Referral Reward Program, offering eligible pharmacies and pharmacists the opportunity to enter monthly prize draws for registering for the project or successfully referring another pharmacy.
Registration and Referral Program: Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Healthily Pty Ltd (ABN 78 613 342 635) in collaboration with project partners associated with the Osteoporosis Medication Health Literacy Project (“Promoter”).
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 28 February 2027 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility
The promotion is held across Australia in all States and Territories. Entry is open to eligible Australian community pharmacies that meet the participation requirements of the Osteoporosis Medication Health Literacy Project.
Employees, contractors and agents directly involved in administering the competition are not eligible to enter.
The promotion is directed solely to participating pharmacies and pharmacy representatives. Patients and consumers are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Registration Stream
An eligible pharmacy will receive one (1) entry into the Registration Stream when:
- it registers and participates in the Osteoporosis Medication Health Literacy Project during the Promotional Period; and
- its registration and participation is confirmed by the project team.
Pharmacies that register before 1 September 2026 will also be included in the Registration Stream draws.
Entries that do not win will automatically remain in subsequent monthly registration-stream draws until:
- the pharmacy wins a Registration Stream prize; or
- the Promotional Period ends.
Referral Stream
An eligible pharmacy will receive one (1) entry into the Referral Stream for each successful referral of another eligible pharmacy where:
- the referred pharmacy completes a valid registration; and
- the referred pharmacy is confirmed as eligible by the project team.
Each successfully referred pharmacy generates one additional entry.
Unsuccessful entries will remain eligible for future referral-stream draws until:
- the pharmacy wins a Referral Stream prize; or
- the Promotional Period ends.
5. Referral Verification
Referrals must be identified through the project registration process.
Where multiple pharmacies claim to have referred the same pharmacy, the referral will be attributed to the first valid referral recorded by the Promoter unless the registering pharmacy clearly identifies another referrer.
Duplicate referrals will not generate additional entries.
6. Prize Details
A total of 12 prizes will be awarded during the Promotional Period.
Each prize consists of one Garmin CIRQA™ Smart Band with an approximate retail value of AUD $299.
Prize allocation during the promotional period:
- Six (6) prizes awarded through the Registration Stream.
- Six (6) prizes awarded through the Referral Stream.
Two prizes will be awarded each month:
- One Registration Stream winner; and
- One Referral Stream winner.
A total of 6 prizes in the Registration Stream and 6 prizes in the Referral Stream will be awarded during the Promotional Period. The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $1,794 per Stream.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Draw Method
At the conclusion of each monthly draw period, the Promoter will prepare:
- a list of eligible Registration Stream entries; and
- a list of eligible Referral Stream entries.
One winner will then be randomly selected from each list using a computer-generated random selection process.
The draw will be conducted by an authorised representative of the Promoter who is not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Draws will take place on the first Monday of each month at the offices of Healthily Pty Ltd at Suite 2, Level 5, 492 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. As an exception, the January 2027 draw will take place on the second Monday of the month, 11 January 2027.
8. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during the project registration process within fourteen (14) days of the relevant monthly draw.
If a selected winner is subsequently found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw to determine an alternative winner.
If a prize remains unclaimed or the prize winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the original draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from all remaining eligible entries.
9. Publication of Winners
The Promoter will publish the winning pharmacy name and the month of the prize draw on this Terms and Conditions page and/or other project communication channels within thirty (30) days of each draw.
By entering this competition, entrants consent to the publication of their pharmacy name and state or territory should they be selected as a winner.
10. Prize Limits
A pharmacy may win:
- a maximum of one (1) Registration Stream prize; and
- a maximum of one (1) Referral Stream prize.
Accordingly, a pharmacy may receive a maximum of two (2) prizes during the Promotional Period, being one prize from each stream.
Additionally, no more than 10 prizes in total may be awarded to pharmacies located with the Australian Capital Territory.
11. Privacy
Information collected through the competition will be used solely for administration of the Osteoporosis Medication Health Literacy Project and this promotion, including verification of eligibility, administration of draws, winner notification and prize fulfilment.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If the promotion is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
If this promotion is promoted via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social media platform:
- entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social media platform;
- entrants completely release Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and all other social media platforms from any liability associated with the promotion; and
- any information provided by entrants is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social media platform.
14. Permits
The Promoter has determined that no trade promotion permit or authority is required for this Promotion under applicable Australian State and Territory laws.
15. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
