Digital health collaboration offers Diabetes Centres around Australia access to an extensive Patient Education Resource Library (PERL) via GoShare
An innovative digital health collaboration between the National Association of Diabetes Centres (NADC), Western Sydney Diabetes (WSD) and patient education specialists Healthily will enable NADC member organisations around Australia to send diabetes education materials to patients via SMS and email. The WSD initiative is led by Western Sydney Local Health District.
