Healthily is pleased to partner with Brisbane South Primary Health Network (Brisbane South PHN) on an innovative initiative to support person centred collaborative care in primary practice. Health professionals across 15 practices will be given access to the GoShare digital patient education platform enabling them to educate and empower their patients to take a more active role in their healthcare.

With a population of more than one million people, Brisbane South PHN is focused on supporting better health outcomes for the diverse urban, rural and remote communities living within its region.
